The core mission of the Rediscovering Youth Sportsmanship
program is to organize adults to assume responsibility for
practicing and demonstrating model sportsmanship.
Key elements include:
• Education and training sessions for
parents, coaches, referees, sports facility site managers
and administrators
• A System of Boundaries, Rewards and Sanctions
• Support materials, including videos,
pledges, surveys and awards
To ensure maximum effectiveness and participation, all components
are customized to meet the needs of each sport, age group
and league. Upon enrollment, Rediscovering Youth Sportsmanship
educators work directly with you to get things started.
